Aberdeen FC Ladies U13 Dons made their first return to the pitch on Saturday 26th September with a visit to play Stonehaven Youth U15s in a friendly match that marked their first ever 11 aside match as they build a squad for the 2021 season.
It was fantastic to see the Dons back on the pitch playing a match for the first time since March.
The girls settled into the game straight from the start and played some brilliant flowing football down both flanks in what was a very competitive match with both teams trying to win.
There were so many positives to take from this game and the girls should be very proud of themselves with how they played.
The score today was not the important thing but to come away with a win in their first 11 aside match was outstanding.
